After the masscare of crpf soldier goverment has been divided on this issue.it is the biggest success for maoist because their wish has been fullfilled.6 april will be black day for paramilitary forces not only they lost their soldiers but also lost their weapons which will be used against them. greaest misfortune for indian forces is that they don't know what is their aim.in this incident the entire force was trapped.according to arundhati roy it is a war against poorest person declared by central goverment.even she hadn't dare to condemn this masscare.i know this probkem ia arises due to socio-economic discrimination but now it is more than.dialouge may be beneficial but where the idealogy is different then its chance is almost impossible.maoist doesn't belive in democracy or parliyamentry system. they know only the language of gun.second intresting thing is that for the success of dialouge it should be followed by honestly from both sides otherwise it will be no meaning.it has been proved by our 62 years of history.example -dialouge with pakistan or dialouge with hurriat confrence or naga rebels etc.mizo dispute had been solved by dialouge but before dialouge we had killed their almost all senior leaders then they compulsed to came on dialouge table. we will have to do it once again with maoist.we will have to target their senior leaders for eleminate them.our target shouldn't be their lower members.otherwise it is meaningless.dialouge is only way to spend the time or regain your power.then what should be our stratgy? first we should think about gurrila war.for it you should understand the gurrila or monkey.how they work.how they snatched food after it what they do. all the casulities which occured in past mostly happened when soldier are not in mood to fight them. dantewara killing or siyalda masscare are the best example.according to me foreces always tried to stop them not to kill them.police action with devlopment work is necessary for eleminitaion of this problem.but for devlopment peace is necessary and it will be done through massive action.andhra paredesh is best example which implemented both strong action along with devlopment.it can be handdle better through modersination of state police because for action our intelligence should be strong.central police can assist them even in this condition army cant eleminate them.because we should think on it who is maoist. most of their members lives like a simple villager.in morning they work in narega and in night they became maoist.my does not mean all villagers are maoist.state will have to make forces like grayhounds.cobra battalion must be increase.in india jungle training is in beging period.we will have to work on it.during operation we should use our helicopter for sending rescue team or we should drop our soldier directly in battle field by helicopter.soldier must be trained for it.crpf hasbeen used to tackle the naxal problem.it is greatest misfortune for crpf is that their work are not defined. today they works in election duty tomorrow they will be in naxal problem and other day some different work. we will have to divide crpf in two parts one for general duties and other for this type of action.even every forces should devlope their own commandoes like greyhounds or cobra or nsg.one group will maintain the peace and other will eleminate their target.all the operation must be started at same time.
